I had several people ask if I had a version of Phandalin after some reconstruction or expansion efforts had gone underway, so I've created a Restored Phandalin town map, which may be helpful for campaigns in which the players assume responsibility for rebuilding, expansion and other goals.

This version features:

Outer Wall - This wall surrounds most of the village, using the base of the cliff upon which Tresendar Manor resides as a natural barrier.

[3] Gates - These gates lead north and south out of town, with a third gate leading out toward a watermill positioned near the northwestern river.

[3] Watch Towers - These watch towers are perched atop hills, giving them both good vantage points, as well as tactical superiority against potential threats.

[1] Additional Farm - Located SW of the village, another farm and farmhouse has sprung up.

[3] Additional Homes - Built out of the rubble of the old town wall, three additional houses, along with several rebuilt (previously damaged) homes show the direction Phandalin is now moving.

[1] Stables - Located between the Stonehill Tavern and several nearby homes, this yard conveniently houses visiting wagons, horses and other animals.

[1] Expanded Orchard - The orchard has expanded just a bit, including several new trees.

I've included both a Summer and Winter version of this map for everyone, since I know many people are playing LMoP or DoIP as they move through the seasons, and figured you could make use of each of them to show the progression of time.

Tier Rewards will be sent out shortly!

I hope you guys like them and would love to hear what your players think! =)

Love it, can't wait to get back there. Would love an expansion of the caves of Wave Echo Cave.

I know I'm late to the party here, but just want to repeat how awesome this series of maps is for Lost Mine of Phandelver. Do you ever do polls for upcoming maps? I'd make a motion for an in-between stage of reconstruction of Phandalin, similar to what you did for Conyberry. Cheers, and thanks for making one part of prepping Lost Mine of Phandelver a breeze!

Exciting! I know I'll vote for it. Would fit very well with the Return to Phandalin adventure on dmsguild. Keep up the great work!
