So, while discussing a Valentine's picture with Hiss (my channel artist) she told me something really interesting. Hiss is originally from Finland, and apparently the Finnish word for Valentine's Day literally translates to "Friend's Day".

I honestly really like that because it reminds us that Valentine's Day wasn't invented SOLELY for couples. It's a holiday meant to remind us to cherish everyone we love in life. Family, friends, lovers, and Life Mates alike ;)
