Heya!

With a little delay we are finally ready to share with you the next version of Innocent Witches - 0.7A!

As we’ve mentioned earlier, this release is aimed to introduce you to the updated plot with more diverse events and storyline. Since version 0.6.5F did not advance the main plot at all, this time we’ve focused most of the development time on introducing new characters and creating funny situations resulting in unexpected events. We hope you’ll enjoy new characters, interactions and scenes in this version! Please let us know what you think about this release in our Discord channels or here in the comments below.

We’ve already started the development of the next (0.7B) version, in which we’ll focus on adding lewd stuff and just expanding the latest chapter with additional interactions and scenes. Expect at least several major lewd side quests and events with the existing characters, and if time allows, some sexy stuff with new characters.

Thank you for your continued support and feedback, which allows us to continue working on the game and add new content with each release. We’ll share more news and previews during this and the next month while we work on bringing the next version to life. Stay tuned for more!

С небольшой задержкой мы наконец-то готовы предоставить вам следующую версию "Невинных ведьм" - 0.7A!

Как мы уже упоминали ранее, этот релиз призван познакомить вас с обновленным сюжетом с более разнообразными событиями и сюжетом. Так как версия 0.6.5F никак не продвинула основной сюжет, на этот раз мы сосредоточили большую часть времени разработки на добавлении новых персонажей и создании забавных ситуаций, приводящих к неожиданным событиям. Надеемся, что вам понравятся новые персонажи, взаимодействия и эвенты! Пожалуйста, сообщите нам, что вы думаете об этом релизе на нашем сервере Дискорд или прямо здесь, в комментариях ниже.

Мы уже начали разработку следующей версии (0.7B), в которой мы сконцентрируемся на добавлении различных эротических эвентов, а также в целом расширим последнюю главу дополнительными взаимодействиями и сценами. Вас ждет как минимум несколько крупных эротических побочных квестов и событий с существующими персонажами, а если позволит время, что-нибудь с новыми персонажами тоже.

Спасибо за постоянную поддержку и обратную связь, которая позволяет нам продолжать работу над игрой и добавлять новый контент с каждым выпуском. В течение этого и следующего месяца мы продолжим делиться новыми новостями и превью, пока мы работаем над следующей версией. Следите за новостями!

Hey team! I'm usually pretty quiet. I like to just follow devs on here that I like and support them, get the builds and keep it at that. That being said, I've noticed a very unfortunate pattern with your game and it really saddens me. I want to begin by saying that you guys have come a long way in improving the early game while adding new content. The game flows better, the quests, while still sometimes convoluted, are far less so than before. That's awesome! That being said, I've noticed that with how long it takes between updates, I feel like the amount of content that's produced is very minimal. This is especially when compared to other devs who have less income than you, with often monthly updates with a decent amount of content every month. I won't name any specific devs as that's not my intent here. I feel like we get an update every 3 months here, with only about 20-30 minutes worth of content and most of the time not even extra H-scenes added. Just a lot of teasing and no resolution. I've been a supporter for 1.5 years now and in that time I've seen at least 5 other devs I follow either complete their games or produce 3-4 times the amount of content you guys have in the same amount of time. This last update was exactly the same issue. The story was decent enough, and progressed interestingly, but then there's new characters with more teasing, only 1 new scene (with a character who already had a scene, while ignoring other underdeveloped characters), and was completable in 30 minutes (at least that's how long it took me). I can't presume to know your situation and why these long updates have such little to show for it, but as a huge fan of your work and the potential of what you guys are capable of (as shown with the Hermione update), it's getting exceedingly disappointing to see that nothing is happening. I love you guys, and want you guys to do well, so please only take this as constructive criticism. Please keep up the hard work, and I'm hoping to see more substantial updates considering the time gaps soon. Thanks!

Yeah, I get that. I just feel like the amount of time it takes between updates is the biggest issue here. You definitely do usually keep things transparent, but something needs to be done about that workflow. I don't have all the answers, but I want you guys to succeed. You have a beautiful team that is capable of amazing things. You can do it guys!

I won't pretend to be a "long-time" supporter on here of you guys or anything. But I first played IW last update, 6.5 I guess and I was really in love with the art style and attention to detail. You've done a great job of creating an interesting and detailed take on Hogwarts and certain characters. And clearly, a LOT of work goes into all the writing and art, it's pretty amazing. However, I think Hangry couldn't have worded it better honestly. The best VN's and highest quality games on F95 do take a long time to update because it's hard work and it's understandable. In this case, I don't want to comment on the time between updates as a problem, but, given the content sometimes it can feel extra-long you know. From my perspective as a random player, who does have experience playing hundreds and hundreds of games on F95, I feel as though you guys have maybe created some unreasonable goals for yourselves and IW. I think that you want so much for the game and you want to deliver so much, but because of that, it's hard to focus on the right things and give everything your full attention collectively. Don't get me wrong, people will always be mad about something and you can't always do every single thing and please everyone, nobody can. But people do have expectations and you guys are clearly very popular and have lots of supporters and fans, so it does sometimes feel like lackluster updates and a seeming lack of focus and direction in the "right" areas. At the end of the day, it's your game and you obviously do whatever you want, but you carry some responsibility with the success and income of your Patreon. As well as the way you construct your game in a sort of "eternal tease" fashion where certain content always seems near until the update is suddenly over and I've kinda just spent hours trying to save scum and cheese frustrating minigames and plowed through all the dialogue. Anyways, I do love your work and I have high hopes for the future even if I'm not a lifelong fan or supporter. It always helps to be as transparent and clear as possible about what an update will look like and contain content-wise as early as possible to avoid mass disappointment. Cheers guys, and congrats on the new release nonetheless.

I don't know what other devs you are supporting, but I couldn't disagree more. Quality simply takes longer. None of the other games I've seen (and i've seen a lot) have anywhere near the quality of this one. Fast, cheap, and good—pick two but you can't have all three. The last thing I want to see is for this game to become another one that cranks out mediocre content and I would say from the support it has that many other people agree.

If you'd really like to know, then games like Rogue Courier, Aurelia, Shuggerlain, Knightly Passions, Future Fragment and Summertime Saga all have more regular updates with at least the same amount of content as the updates here OR they have less frequent updates but significantly more content in comparison to this one. And I consider all of these games to be pretty solid. It's about striking a good balance between time and content, which I don't feel exists here. I want to reiterate I am not devaluing their hard work, but I just feel frustrated with supporting for so long to see very little compared to all these others. And I WANT Sad Crab to be better than these others because they are totally capable of it. That's just my thoughts though. I will be here supporting them all the same, I just felt I needed to get that out there.

Are they looking for feedback on the new animations? because I prefer the old anims. The New ones remind me of a paper doll with grommets for joints. The old anims work better and have more of the overall style the rest of the game has. Jus FYI & IMHO.
