FR- Bonjour à tous! Un peu de nouvelles en ce Lundi.

Comme certains d’entre vous le savent, j'aimerais grandement faire un recueil avec les courtes histoires/bandes dessinées de Zakary et Lola. En faisant ma mise à jour hier, je me suis rendue compte qu'avec la prochaine histoire que je souhaite illustrer, j'arrive à un total de 42 pages de BDs, ce qui est très bien! (C'est la moyenne de pages que l'on retrouve dans la plupart des bandes dessinées du genre). Si on compte les autres pages que je dois ajouter au recueil (explication du recueil, présentation de personnages, possible illustrations bonus) J'arrive alors proche des 52-54 pages.

J'ai encore beaucoup à faire pour rendre le tout disponible, d'autant plus que je me butte à un problème de taille, les frais. Avec la Covid, beaucoup d'imprimeurs ont augmentés de façon drastique les prix pour imprimer en micro édition. Je dois donc évaluer les coûts pour le produire en français et  voir ensuite si la demande y est pour le faire imprimer aussi en anglais. J’aimerais grandement avoir le livre pour l'hiver prochain (car cet automne c'est trop tôt je pense) Et je réfléchis aussi à savoir comment je vais procéder (prévente? Ulule? Possible maison d'édition?) je vais chercher.

En attendant, je suis curieuse, Si vous pensez en acheter un, le voulez-vous en anglais ou en français?

Note: J'aimerais aussi faire un recueil avec les histoires spicy de mes personnages, encore là je vais devoir attendre de voir l'intérêt pour le premier recueil 'général' avant de penser à d'autres livres.

On m'a aussi demander si je pensais en refaire un de Wakfu. Honnêtement, pour l'instant je ne peux/veux pas. Si je dois assumer des frais pour l'impression d'un livre ou deux, je vais commencer par mon univers d'abord et avant tout. Mais je ne ferme pas la porte.

EN- Hello everyone! A bit of news on this Monday.

As some of you know, I'd very much like to do a collection with Zakary and Lola's short stories/comics. As I was updating yesterday, I realized that with the next story I want to illustrate, I'm up to a total of 42 pages of comics, which is great! (This is the average number of pages found in most comics of this genre). If you count the other pages I have to add to the collection (explanation of the collection, presentation of characters, possible bonus illustrations), I'm coming close to 52-54 pages.

I've still got a lot of work to do to make the whole thing available, especially as I'm coming up against a major problem: costs. With Covid, many printers have drastically increased their prices for microprinting. So I have to evaluate the costs of producing it in French and then see if there's a demand to print it in English as well. I'd really like to have the book for next winter (because this fall is too soon, I think). And I'm also thinking about how I'm going to proceed (pre-sale? Ulule? Possible publishing house?) I'll look into it.

In the meantime, I'm curious, if you're thinking of buying one, do you want it in English or French?

Note: I'd also like to do a collection of my characters' spicy stories, but I'll have to wait and see how much interest there is in the first 'general' collection before thinking about other books.

I've also been asked if I'm thinking of doing another Wakfu one. Honestly, I can't\I won't at the moment. If I'm going to incur the expense of printing a book or two, I'll start with my universe first and foremost. But I'm not closing the door.
