Un autre des personnages de mon univers, Raphaël McTaword!

Raphaël n'est pas un personnage principal, mais puisqu'il gravite autour de mes autres personnages principaux, je me suis dit que je pouvais vous le présenter.

Pour la bio

Raphaël est grand, 5 pied 10 po. C'est un beau blond aux yeux bleus, bien bâti. En version animal, c'est un chat tigré. Raphaël est le genre de gars toujours là pour ses amis. Il aime aider et protéger son entourage (par exemple pour aider à déménager, réparer/construire un truc. Ou encore si quelqu'un a un soucis). Des qualités très pratique pour le travail qu'il fait, pompier. En fait, Raphaël fait le même travail que son père et il en est très fier. Cela dit, Raphaël a plusieurs défauts. Il esr fêtard, très dragueur et irresponsable en amour/sexe. Il ne respecte pas toujours ses compagnes d'un soir, il est infidèle en amour (pourquoi se  contenter d'une relation, quand on peut en avoir beaucoup? Après tout, il est pompier, bel homme. Il faut en profiter!) et a plusieurs préjugés (Sur les hommes aimant d'autres hommes par exemple. Il n'arrive tout simplement pas à comprendre pourquoi). Il apprendra à la dure que son comportement peut avoir des conséquences et en maturant, regretta plusieurs de ses actions passés.

La jeunesse de Raphaël est presque normal. Alors qu'il est âgée de onze ans, Raphaël et sa petite sœur Megan perdent leur mère dans un accident de voiture. Raphaël sera donc élevé par son père, chef de pompier de la ville. Le reste de sa jeunesse se passe sans aucun autres événements majeurs. Il aime beaucoup sa petite sœur et fera tout pour être là pour elle et la protéger. Vers 20 ans, il fait la rencontre de Saya-Mel dans des circonstances plutôt triste. Il la découvre inconsciente, sa santé en très mauvais état. Il la visite souvent à l'hopital et une amitié nait entre les deux. Si son amitié avec Saya-Mel est forte, ils ne coucheront jamais ensemble par exemple.

Quand je disais enchaine les conquêtes... et bien les aventures d'une nuit peuvent avoir des conséquences! Raphaël ne pense pas toujours à bien se protéger. C'est ainsi qu'à 22 ans il apprend qu'il est père d'un petit garçon, Emmanuel. En effet, il y a des mois il a passé un court moment avec Sarah, une jeune fille rencontré lors d'une soirée. Celle-ci pensait alors être enceinte, mais de son conjoint, rencontré peu de  temps après Raphaël. Quand elle se rendit compte que c'était impossible que se soit lui le père, elle a alors  compris qu'il s'agissait de Raphaël. Mais celui-ci ne veut absolument pas prendre de responsabilités vis à vis cet enfant. Après tout, il n'était pas au courant, il ne l'a jamais demandé! Il refusera tout lien avec l'enfant et coupera tout contact avec Sarah. Ses amis lui font la moral, surtout Lola. Cet événement va le secouer fortement. Il n'arrêtera pas pour autant d'avoir les aventures d'une nuit, mais fera plus attention désormais et sera plus à l'écoute.

À son travail, il se lie d'amitié avec un autre pompier. Ils deviendront de très bon amis. Mais, choc pour lui, cet homme est marié a un autre homme. Pour Raphaël, c'est alors la prise de conscience et des regrets. Car il regrette ses jugements, ses paroles et ce qu'il a pu penser. Il apprendra à mieux comprendre et surtout avoir une plus grande ouverture d'esprit et en parlera longuement avec cet ami. Grâce à lui, Raphaël va beaucoup apprendre et surtout, mieux agir envers les autres.

Pour le futur...

Quelques années plus tard, Raphaël finira par rencontrer Dally. Une tigresse qui agit un peu comme lui en matière de relations. Mais ensemble, ils apprendront le respect commun et découvriront qu'ils s'aiment sincèrement et profondément. Les deux auront une relation leur permettant une grande ouverture au niveau du couple, tout en étant ensemble. Ils auront 3 enfants (des jumeaux et une fille) dont je parlerai dans un futur post. Ayant des enfants, il tentera de reprendre contact avec Sarah et Emmanuel, pour s'excuser et, s'il est possible, permettre de se connaitre.

J'ai tenté d'être brève, car après tout ce n'est pas un personnage dont je ferai des histoires/BDs, bien qu'il sera parfois dans celles de Zak et Lola. Raphaël est l'un de ces personnages dont l es défauts sont très présent (mais c'est important d'avoir une variété de personnages!) Cela dit, il apprend et mature, mais malheureusement pour lui, à coups de conséquences!

Another character from my universe, Raphael McTaword!

Raphael is not a main character, but since he revolves around my other main characters, I thought I would introduce him to you.

For the bio

Raphael is tall, 5'10". He's a handsome, blond-haired, blue-eyed, well-built man. In animal form, he's a tabby cat. Raphael is the kind of guy who is always there for his friends. He likes to help and protect those around him (e.g. to help move, fix/build something. Or if someone has a problem). Very practical qualities for the job he does, fireman. In fact, Raphael does the same job as his father and is very proud of it. That said, Raphael has several flaws. He is a party animal, very flirtatious and irresponsible in love/sex. He doesn't always respect his one-night stands, he's unfaithful in love (why settle for one relationship when you can have many? After all, he's a fireman, a handsome man. You have to take advantage of it!) and has many prejudices (about men who love other men, for example. He just can't understand why). He learns the hard way that his behavior can have consequences and as he matures, regrets many of his past actions.

Raphael's youth is almost normal. When he was eleven years old, Raphaël and his little sister Megan lost their mother in a car accident. Raphaël will therefore be raised by his father, the town's fire chief. The rest of his youth passes without any other major events. He loves his little sister very much and will do anything to be there for her and protect her. Around the age of 20, he met Saya-Mel in rather sad circumstances. He discovers her unconscious, her health in very poor condition. He often visits her in the hospital and a friendship is born between the two. If his friendship with Saya-Mel is strong, they will never sleep together for example.

When I said conquests... well, one-night stands can have consequences! Raphael doesn't always think to protect himself. That's how, at the age of 22, he learned that he was the father of a little boy, Emmanuel. Indeed, months ago he spent a short time with Sarah, a young girl he met at a party. She thought she was pregnant, but with her partner, who she met shortly after Raphaël. When she realized that it was impossible that he was the father, she understood that it was Raphael. But he did not want to take any responsibility for the child. After all, he was not aware of it, he never asked! He refuses any link with the child and cuts all contact with Sarah. His friends, especially Lola, are very upset with him. This event will shake him up. He will not stop having one-night stands, but he will be more careful from now on and will listen more carefully.

At work, he befriended another firefighter. They will become very good friends. But, shocker for him, this man is married to another man. For Raphaël, it is then the realization and regrets. For he regrets his judgments, his words and what he may have thought. He learns to understand better and, above all, to be more open-minded and talks about it at length with this friend. Thanks to him, Raphael will learn a lot and, above all, act better towards others.

For the future...

A few years later, Raphaël will meet Dally. A tigress who acts a bit like him when it comes to relationships. But together, they will learn to respect each other and discover that they love each other sincerely and deeply. The two will have a relationship that allows them to be very open as a couple, while being together. They will have 3 children (twins and a daughter) which I will talk about in a future post. Having children, he will try to reconnect with Sarah and Emmanuel, to apologize and, if possible, to get to know each other.

I've tried to be brief, because after all this is not a character I'll be doing stories/comics about, although he will sometimes be in Zak and Lola's. Raphael is one of those characters whose flaws are very present (but it's important to have a variety of characters!) That said, he learns and matures, but unfortunately for him, with consequences!
