to my patrons (Patreon)

I am writing this post because right after posting my newest content I was accused of being greedy and trying to charge people twice by waiting until the end of the month to post a scrap of content on purpose (?) 

I am aware my schedule changes, sometimes it's the beginning of the month, the middle, the end; that is because my literal cycle is: work on content, finish it, post it, start working on new content, finish it, post it. Not "make content and wait till the end of the month so you get pledges twice." which is what I was accused of. Of course I get anxious and feel bad whenever I am able to finish content later that month, so it was a weird perspective to hear that I was doing it actually on purpose.

Some of you already must know this from your experience with me but when you message me asking for a refund, I do the refund. I don't think this was a secret or anything, rather a common knowledge which is available to everyone whether you check out patreon's faq, ask patreon support or ask the creator. I am doing something I enjoy a lot as much as I can and as good as I can and I never thought of your support as a given. No one has to donate for content that will become available to everyone so I've always greatly appreciated it and I always will. I can't imagine considering donations as something to be tricked out of peoples hands. I was shocked to see there is someone who does think that so I felt the need to explain myself here, in case anyone else has that impression.

Anyways, here are your reminders in case you weren't aware;

- You can message the creator for a refund.

- You can cancel your pledge anytime so it won't be renewed. You'll still have access to patron posts until the month you pledged for ends if that's your concern. (since recently someone messaged me asking about it.)

- Don't pledge on 1st of the month before midnight (PT) because that's when Patreon starts charging for the next month. Patreon actually warns you when you are making the payment but in case you haven't read it, you can get charged twice. It already happened? Don't worry, message the creator so you can get a refund.

- You have questions, problems etc. about the creators content? You can always message the creator.

My patron welcome note also says you can message me with any issues but in case you hesitated for any reason please don't. Because there is no way me or any creator will now if you need help or having issues without you telling them.
