This particular model has been enhanced slightly, more settings to the vibration level, giving more options to how much torment your victim endures. 

A future upgrade will include a neural sensor that will monitor the victims vitals and arousal level. So that it will self adjust to keep the victim on edge for as long as you deem necessary.

The plume as well is a specialized blend of stiff feathers to tickle parts directly and more flexible plumes to tease and tickle the surrounding area. As our test subject is about to experience. Cat Girls make such wonderful test subjects ;)
