Not as lethal as its name suggests, the victim is tied in the hog tied position, her legs are encapsulated in the box with her feet exposed, restrained, toe tied and angled toward the device. A hydraulic press with hundreds of small rubber spines protruding from the bottom, each one hooked up to a vibration generator. When activated, the device at random intervals lowers on to the helpless feet and the rubber spikes tickle and tease all areas of the feet simultaneously. The length between breaks and the length of time it makes contact are totally random allowing no chance for the victim to get use to the stimulation nor long enough for the vibrations to numb the feet. As such the torture can go on for hours.

Some testing is still needed, and we are currently seeing how long a victim can last before passing out. Currently we are at 4 hr 23 min.
