We are sending you this message to update you again on our decisions because the events of this month.

As we told you in the previous message, there have been several piracy attacks on our page that forced us to make some drastic decisions about how to offer our entertainment.

In the month of July we suffered two of them within a few days, but thanks to the new system of links and passwords on the latest contents, we managed to prevent them from being spread for free.

Many of you have rightly pointed out to us that not offering you images and content downloads directly from patreon and fanbox , discourage the idea of keeping your subscription to our page, and you are absolutely right.

We absolutely agree with you, we don't like this system we are using, but unfortunately not acting on our part would still have been a gesture of indifference towards you as well as financially hurting us.

Some of you have said that making more difficult to enjoy contents, makes people want to unsubscribe and wait for pirates to steal things and spread them for free online, because that way it is much easier to see the contents.

That is true,

but it is also true that doing nothing and finding every piece of content you pay us for, online, free for every other person is a theft from you that we cannot ignore and it is a harm that drives people to stop supporting us anyway, making our efforts and work untenable.

The ideas you suggest and the contents you vote for are not used to create projects and illustrations exclusive to our team, they are custom products that we make for you!

What is being stolen is your content and we must take action.

So if we don't do anything people won't support us anymore, because they know that they will find all the content online for free every 15 days... and if we protect our content too much, we create inconvenience for you, and we lose you.

The solution we found at the moment is to use the "Mega" site to upload our content safely, for this month we used passwords, because we know that among the fans there are pirates.

From next month we will delete the password system making it easier and faster for you to enjoy the rewards.

In case of a pirate attack, the link to the content will be removed temporarily and replaced with a new one.

This system is not foolproof but it is the best compromise we could find, this way we will no longer necessarily use private messages or DM as we did this month, you will just have to click on the link we will provide in the post description.

We hope in this way we will be able to make it more pleasant for you to stay on our page and at the same time keep your content exclusive for you.

As I had said in the previous message, we produce and live because of your support, we cannot be indifferent to you and what happens to the content we offer you, we hope with this message that we have cleared up any doubts and managed to explain our position as best we could.

We don't enjoy putting you on the spot, we don't enjoy reading your unnerved messages because you can't see the rewards, we are very sorry about that and that is why we are trying together with you to find a solution.

In conclusion, again we are very sorry to have inconvenienced you in getting your rewards, we have been trying to find a safe solution to protect the content but... we know we have put you in trouble.

For the next month we will use a system that combines security with simplicity, this way you should no longer have problems viewing our content on any device.

For any problem you have the right to contact us immediately to help you solve it and get the award you deserve, so don't be shy, if something is wrong write to us without delay, we are here for you.

If we are late in replying to you it is because it is night here or we are away from home, but don't worry, we always reply to every message, we leave no one behind.

This month we have uploaded more exclusive contents than usual, our intent was to give you extra gifts given the inconvenience that was caused. Tomorrow the file containing the Enskevos update will be uploaded, we hope you will appreciate it, we will still need the password to download, so it if something doesn't work write to us!

Changing the subject....

from next month we planned to publish an exclusive content every 6 days, so that everyone can easily access the contents and vote in the polls, so in August the top 4 exclusive contents will be uploaded on August 6, 12, 18 and 24, and the same will be on september!

Today we also posted your Choco ideas! We hope you enjoy them! For the fans who doesn't know what is a choco idea, I explain, they are the suggestions that "chocolate travelers" uploaded on the pool of June and July. The first place was chosen to be an exclusive sequence while the ideas which won second and third place becomes an extra free illustration. So... congratulations to those who suggested them!

If you did not attend this month you can do so for the month of August! 

All chocolate travelers have the opportunity to suggest an idea that will be voted on by all fans of the page on fanbox, patreon and Deviantart, and the top three ranked ideas will be produced!
