Helpful, practical tips on healing your inner child. 

-Think of your *ideal* parent. For the example in the video, I fragmented mine into my ideal mother & ideal father, but you can think of a single entity if you desire!

-Act from your ideal parent. Literally talk to yourself as though you are reparenting yourself. When you're engaging in an unhealthy behavior, reparent yourself. If you're slacking off on your goals, reparent yourself. If you're stressed out and need a break, reparent yourself.

-What activities did you do as a child that you loved? Do more of those.

-What activities did you *want* to do as a child that you were unable to? Explore! Try those. 

-Finally, be kind and compassionate with yourself. Talk to yourself the way you would a child. You wouldn't tell a kid "You're such an idiot, you can't do anything right, no one will ever love you". So why would you tell yourself that?
