Hello ma loves, good morning and happy Thursday!

Today I'm here to present you my two sketchbooks: all the doodles, comic sketches, ideas and finished illustrations I've done during these past couple of weeks.

May was a rough month for me! I've been feeling MEGA unmotivated (9 weeks doing self-isolation and barely going out are showing its side effects) so even drawing has been hard for me.

I think this is why I'm SO GRATEFUL of my ugly sketchbook. My ugly sketchbook is THAT sketchbook where I don't care/mind about the drawings, or if they look nice or well-proportioned. Is where I take notes for future comics and projects, a place where I can switch off and my hand do what she wants. And since I've been kind of overwhelmed, it's so nice to show up to a judge-free zone. Having this baby next to me this month has been a blessing, I'm so happy I started an ugly sketchbook! I highly highly encourage you (if you don't have one already) please consider getting one.

I can't wait to go back to my regular drawing habits, but for these crazy times it's nice to feel I'm drawing even if it's like this. Please take care my loves, this is THE time to be extra nice and sweet to ourselves!

See you ALL tomorrow for our podcast newsletteeeeeeer! :  D
