Lens is not working :( (Patreon)

Hi ma loveeeees! Good mornniing! How was your weekeeeend?

Ours was good! I basically spend all weekend working on my online shop, WE'RE SO CLOSE TO FINISH IT you guys, I can't believe it.

I need your blessing and thoughts on something: I'm writing you cause Lens, on the Patreon app, is not working properly. Lens is sort of the "instagram Stories" of Patreon, which you can watch here on the website or on the Patreon app. I've been using Lens for SO LONG and I can't tell you how much I love being connected to you and showing you my daily life or what I've been working on. In some ways, I'm addicted to Lens. I use it every day, multiple times.

Nuestro fin de semana estuvo bueno! Básicamente pasé los dos días trabajando en mi tienda online, ESTAMOS TAN CERCA DE TERMINARLA nerds, no puedo creerlo.

Necesito su bendición y opiniones con respecto a algo: les escribo porque Lens, en la app de Patreon, no está funcionando bien. Lens es como el "instagram stories" de Patreon, que pueden ver aquí en la página de Patreon o en la app. He estado usando Lens por TANTO TIEMPO, y no puedo decirles lo mucho que me gusta estar conectada a ustedes y mostrarles lo que hago en mi día a día o en qué estoy trabajando. En cierto sentido, estoy adicta a Lens. Lo uso todos los días, muchas veces.

But Lens has always been a little pain in the ass in my life hahaha IT NEVER WORKS. I've become super used to this: to upload one picture or 13 second clip takes me several minutes (to hours), cause the app crashes multiple times. Sometimes I have to wait hours for the app to be working properly. Or sometimes I upload something, it's "up", but then the app tells me one file (doesn't tell me which one) was never up, and loading the clips crashes the app. So it takes me forever to check which clip was the one that "never went up". I can go on and on about all of the things that are wrong with it XD

I'm mega patient about stuff like this. I'm always like "oh I can do stuff in between, while I wait", but after more than a year using the app, I'm slowly getting tired of how inconvenient it is, or how much it takes me to upload one picture.

Pero Lens siempre ha sido un dolor en mi alma hahaha NUNCA FUNCIONA. Me acostumbré mucho a esto: a subir una foto o un video de 13 segundos y que me tome muchos minutos (hasta horas) hacerlo, porque la app se cae varias veces. A veces tengo que esperar horas para que la app esté funcionando bien. O a veces subo algo, está "arriba", pero luego la app me dice que alguna foto/video que subi (no me dice cuál) nunca se subió, y cargar la app para descubrir qué archivo no se subió hace que la app se caiga. Así que me toma una eternidad saber qué salió mal. Puedo seguir mil años contándoles todo lo que está mal con Lens XD

Soy una persona TURBO paciente con cosas así. Siempre digo "ah pero puedo hacer cosas entre medio, mientras carga y estoy esperando" pero luego de más de un año usando la app, de a poquito me he estado cansando de lo inconveniente que es, o de lo mucho que me toma subir una foto.

(sorry to make it so long) So what should I do guys? I literally tried the app on my phone and on my ipad. I told this to the guys at Patreon a year ago and never got back to me. I bet they have WAY more important stuff to take care of! 

Should I keep doing our Lens on instagram stories instead? or on our Discord? I really want to do it on an app you're actually going to check. Please let me know your thoughts. I don't wanna miss this thing we have, I loved making you laugh and showing you the stuff I'm working on or the albums I'm listening! Thank you so much for all your patience and support! (perdón por hacerlo tan largo) Qué debería hacer nerds? Intenté usar la app en iphone y ipad. Les dije a los chicos de Patreon sobre esto hace un año, pero nunca me respondiendo. De seguro ellos están trabajando en cosas muchísimo más importantes que esto!

Debería seguir nuestro Lens en instagram stories? O en nuestro Discord? Realmente quiero usar una app que ustedes vayan a chequear. Por favor díganme qué opinan. No quiero perder lo que tenemos aquí, me encanta hacerlos reir y mostrarles en qué estoy trabajando o qué albumes estoy escuchando! Muchísimas gracias por toda su paciencia y apoyo, no puedo esperar a leer qué opinan! Que tengan un increíble Luneees!
