How did Bugrol end up in such a state?

A few months ago, Bugrol had a strange dream... or was it a nightmare? 

In his dream, he was wandering through sinister, labyrinthine alleyways overlooked by huge abandoned buildings, and at the very top of the buildings, the sky was a sinister color and rippled like a viscous liquid. Nothing truly frightening for Bugrol, until something started chasing him, forcing the orc to flee deeper into the maze of buildings...

When he woke up, Bugrol felt... different...
