News: December 2022 (Patreon)

Funny thing, everything I have in my notes that is planned for v0.12 is actually already complete. So I'm going to spend the rest of the month adding as many of the cyborg NPC scenes as I can. I'm just going to start at the top of the list and work my way down, meaning male then female then futa. Don't expect too much, though. The scenes are quicker to make than the full animation romance character scenes, but the cyborg NPCs are much more complex. This increases the render time quite a bit and is one of the reasons why I don't want to add full animations for them.

So what else can you expect to see in v0.12? The futa version of the Echo scene that was added in v0.11 will be added. Helga will get a lot of new stuff including a new scene, some quest progression, and a few other things. Helga and the MC will both get a new outfit. Beyond that I've done some work on the overall visuals of the game. Expect to see updated menus, the removal of the text box with outlined text instead, a new option to test sound levels from the settings menu, some updated images here and there, and probably some other stuff I'm forgetting. There's a few previews on Discord.

With this post I'm adding a new poll regarding character customization for the MC. I'll go into further detail within the poll itself. Be sure to check that out and vote.

Speaking of polls, I'm going to start a new monthly poll where Patrons will be able to vote on their favorite character(s). The poll will start on the 1st of every month and run for 3 weeks. At the end of the poll, I'll make a pin-up style wallpaper image of the winning character. It will be posted on the 1st of the month with the poll for the next month. The first image will be posted January 1st with the first poll. Since there will be no voting for the first image, I'll just make the MC the focus of the image.

There will be a free version and a Patreon version. The free version will be lower resolution with minor GnB advertising. (Patreon/Itch io/etc. links) The Patreon version will be higher resolution with no advertising. GnB doesn't have a ton of characters, so there might be several repeats. To help alleviate that, I'll remove the previous winner from the next poll (or two) so other characters can have a chance. Sometimes I might make the new pin-ups with multiple characters similar to the game's title screens, especially if the votes are close. I'll look into making a collection of all images later for the sake of keeping everything together so future Patrons don't have to scroll through tons of posts to find all of the images.
