It has been brought to my attention that starting from around yesterday that there is some sort of bug where the downloaded files change to a weird format that cant be opened. Please check the files in your reward Tiers and note me down below if it happens to you 

Update please try the method suggested down below in the comments for the time being : Renaming the file with the proper file extension. It should work then !!
