I've been thinking a lot about my art lately. I ended up feeling more frustrated than anything about it - I that that wall you know. The "artist block". It's not the problem of "I dont know what to draw", it's a problem of "I dont know what the next step is".

There were a lot of drawings I made last year that had potential, but I feel like the execution missed the mark. The drawings were flat, the polish was lacking. Portapotty Troubles was one of them, and I'd like to revisit it - make it more visually exciting.

Not in a proper place to critic or anything, but a lot of my art freinds say just trying a different artists brushes for a while kinda helped them rediscover their style. Like visiting a new park after your current park starts getting boring to visit.

Just keep drawing bigger and bigger dicks and your followers will be happy <3

well i adored the original porta troubles piece. its lovely to see to see you revisit it either way. each time you come back to the art pieces, whether you get the result you're looking for or not you're still adding to your folio of goodies, try not to be too harsh on yourself. we love ya here

Straw

The perspective/angle in this sketch looks more interesting and less 'flat' at least.

We will return in just a moment as our in-house radio psychologist Lucille Fvan Gelterbelt answers more of your crazy phone call comments and questions....but first a word from our sponsor....Hello out there good friends.....Feeling down or a maybe just a little off center lately. Maybe, not unlike many others this time of year, you could be suffering from seasonal new-years eve resolution disorder syndrome....ha, ha....no really.....or perhaps Seasonal Affective Disorder in which (for lack of adequate sunlight) life can come off seeming like the opening paragraph of Dicken’s “A Tale Of Two Cities”, or worse yet, one of Anton Chekhov’s plays. Well, let me prescribe this little gem: (“Weave Me the Sunshine” – by Peter, Paul and Mary). Remember, not everything oldie is necessarily moldy. That’s it for today from your friendly local pharmacy and its head pharmacist Dr. John J. Quackenbush, M.D. And now back to our next caller....who wants to know....is it really a good idea to stand on the top rung of an 8 foot step-ladder if heights give you vertigo. I will not blame you if you toss this out on its ear.
