I will be starting to send out digital rewards today. They typically take most of the day to process so please be patient. You will receive a separate e-mail for each eligible tier so if you're in the highest tier you will receive 4 different e-mails. They will come from digitalpatreonrewards@gmail.com and you may have to search your junk mail/spam filter since they will often pick this up unless you've already whitelisted it.
