In many ways I feel our culture often short sights the belief in the certain ways of magic. The profound effects of illusions becoming reality, and quiet sides of our nature making themselves known through our thoughts and acts. 

The most innocent of this magic might just be how easily we touch one another. How that even as we vanish on the horizons, remnants of who we were, and who we cared for, both remain and follow as queer strands in the air. We are surrounded by this amalgam of experiences and emotions. The forces of a strong will who echo and remind when desired or desiring most. 

You see, this is why I say that at times when we may believe we are alone, we are never truly alone. We all transform inevitably this way. The waning of the past, like a moon resolving it's cycle, comes to a close in a gentle quiet of memories, being reborn again in the moment of now.
