[COMMISSION] - Pregnant Tifa - 4K (Patreon)

^o^ This was a commission. All in all, it took me around 10 hours to create (since there is no actual background, it was a bit faster). I haven't done anything like it before; so I had to create a pregnant Tifa model. Personally however, I think it turned out great and I am especially proud of the face. ^///^
