Last last year, I started a second weekly gaming group. On Monday nights, I now run a 5e campaign set in Ashlar. (Check out the session summaries here if you are interested in how things are going). I set the campaign in Dulwich, but some of the players had already been through Shunned Valley of the Three Tombs. How to make it different for them?

First off, I made some notes about how the Shunned Valley had changed since the last group of adventurers had passed through. Secondly, I designed a new hidden dungeon—the Dread Shrine of the Supreme Warlord—that lay under one of the valley’s tombs. I hope your players enjoy it as much as we did! (And, fear not, I also designed the tomb so you can place it almost anywhere.)

About the Dread Shrine

Centuries ago, the hobgoblin warlord Morg Drolak conquered much of the surrounding lands. However, even Morg Drolak could not conquer the Final Enemy—Death—and now his mortal remains moulder in a hidden tomb. But unlife yet lurks in Morg Drolak’s shroud-wrapped corpse, and his tomb cannot stay hidden forever…

Dread Shrine of the Supreme Warlord is an adventure for 1st-2nd level characters set in the Duchy of Ashlar but easily placed in almost any campaign setting.

Where’s My Stuff?

(I apologise if your weekly message is getting oddly formatted. I’m not sure why this is happening, but I’m exploring different options to fix the problem).

By the time you read this, everyone at the $5 and up levels should have a message from me containing the special secret download codes for this week’s books. Drop them into your browser, and you should be good to go. If you have any problems, message me, and I’ll sort it out for you.

Thank You
