This week, we continue dressing your wilderness with Wilderness Dressing: Savannah. We didn’t tackle the savannah on our first run-through of Wilderness Dressing, and I’m delighted to correct this error now in the same way we’ve tackled tundra, badland and caves.

It’s great to push the boundaries of the line and include tools to dress the less “traditional” types of wilderness that don’t appear in adventures with the same regularity as (say) woodlands, deserts and hills. I hope the inclusion of this instalment adds flexibility to the Wilderness Dressing line and inspires you to try something new.

And here's a new illustration by Matt Morrow I was able to include in the book as a result of your heroic support. Elephant-riding halfling for the win!

(As I’m typing this, I suddenly had the idea to include the Astral and Ethereal Planes in the line. Do they count as wilderness? Should we include them? Let me know, in the comments!)

"Finally, it should come as no surprise at all that Everything is Better with Tentacles (particularly elephants and lions)." Oh my! (I guess that should be properly "lions and tigers...oh my!" but I'll try to wedge the joke in.) Thanks for another great supplement. I would love to see Astral and Ethereal Planes given the Raging Swan Press "wilderness" dressing treatment!

It's looking like the Astral and Ethereal planes are definitely a goer. Time to dust off my old Manual of the Planes!
