Hello!
This is possibly the dodgiest title I've ever used for a patron post. Hopefully, I won't fall afoul of any censors.
This week, over on Raging Swan's website, we posted up some more handy 20 Things resources for your gaming folder:
- 20 Things to Find in a Tavern's Bedchamber (This was a subject suggested to me recently, and I think it's an epic topic; I wish I'd thought of it myself!)
- 10 Suspicious Dungeon Smells
I hope you enjoy the posts and find a use for them. (And--remember--you can check out all our 20 Things resources on our Free Resources page--there's bound to be something there you can use in your campaign).
Journeying Into Encumbrance
Over on my personal blog, I've continued my tremendously exciting journey into encumbrance. This week, I explore what an adventurer may carry every day while wandering about town. It's a bit of verisimilitude I think is rather important for urban-based adventures (but which must be taken into account when designing those urban adventures!)
I also posted an extract from a free book, Raging Swan Press released several years ago as a Christmas present. The Dragon and the Thief is a handy and fun little supplement that presents a game your PCs could play while sitting in a tavern. (And, such a game is a great prelude to a barroom brawl). It's a free download, so I'd recommend you go grab it.
Thank You!
As always thank your for your support of Raging Swan Press. Thank you this week in particular to Paul Wood and Michael A. Greszler who both levelled up their support this week--thanks chaps!
See you on Friday, for GM's Miscellany: Urban Dressing II!
