There probably isn't a more generic or stereotypical schoolgirl design in the entire PokeUniverse than Candice. So much so that her primary accessory, the cardigan wrapped around her waist, is literally the first accessory in the Hip category.

You couldn't get more "stock" with Koikatsu if you tried. But that's not necessarily a bad thing, I guess? I mean, KK uses traditional, or rather, contemporary Japanese school clothing, and that's what her design is meant to capture, so it just happens to work. It also made my job easier giving her the most basic designs for her other outfits, including her swimsuit.

The hair wasn't tricky either, although I generally hate hair that exposes too much of the front because KK doesn't know what the shape of a human head looks like so you get this weird potato shaped thing. In order to cover it up I usually add more hair to the front, like I was going to do with Candice, but decided not to as it ultimately didn't look nearly as bad as it could have. In fact, I think it looks perfectly fine and matches with her better.
