Slowqueen is here!

While Slowqueen is technically not the first Gen 2 Moemon we've released before (Crobat, Bellossom, etc), we'll unofficially kick off Season 2 with her since she fits perfectly with the rest of today's releases! It should be noted, this sprite is actually an older sprite, as the newer ones I don't quite like! Still, this is a simple release, but comes with a full outfit, as well as some minor MaterialEditor changes.

Shiny included.
