Scissors & Pinchers! (Patreon)

Scyther & Pinsir are here! Shiny versions available, too!

Scyther's wings were fun to make. Essentially they are just a hair strand (matched with hair color, so changing hair color changes the wing color too) and two spheres with transparency turned on, giving it the bug-wing like appearance.

Her weapons were also easy, as they are two halves of scissors, using the Kangetsu (I think it's called?) and a hoop basic shape to make the handles.

Pinsir was also pretty fun to make. However, instead of giving her a weapon, I wanted her actual pincers to be on top of her head, since it's much more iconic. They are smaller than they should, however, since in my head canon females have smaller pincers (okay I just didn't make them as big by accident, but still looks good).

Her outfit also uses a "pattern" to replicate Pinsir's famous.. mouth, thing. If you don't know what I mean, that's okay, it's just a detail I tried to include in her design (that was also in the sprite, actually).
