[Ciri Trainer] Update 02.09.2018 (Patreon)

1) a few more chibi monsters;
2) monsters ingredients;
3) second kinky CG:
4) first issue of "Playwitch" (gonna be fun this one);
5) a few books icons;
6) pause screen;
7) candle/hourglass animations;
8) testing;

I've started by listing what's missing to release a proper demo because I'm a little under the weather and i wanted to make it real quick (37.7 actually, and sparkling aspirin it's what I'm sipping in that glass while playing Ciri Trainer).
Worry not, tho:
your NSFW Ink Warrior will heal overnight and back to work tomorrow.
I'm aiming at clearing at least half of the above mentioned tasks by the end of next week, so I can't afford either getting sick/die right now, it'll have to wait for after release. lol
