I'm willing to bet that Nana is a sorceress whose only effects from fucking around with Primordial Magics was turning into an old woman, with all the issues that come with it, and never aging after that. So what's an ancient Sorceress to do when she can't cast her magics because of arthritis and can't read shit because cataracts? Adopt a goblin as a granddaughter and get high while waiting for that pie to get nabbed by the kids so thaey ended up shitting themselves dry. Dumb fucking kids.
