Hello and good night Librarium!

We kick off december with Jormungandr's release, which also comes with some announcements!

Back when our community voted to see releases in this full format rather than compilation hyper focused threads,  despite the increased production and packaging time that came with it  I felt like I got this general message that quality and organization had a higher weight over anything else in their eyes! In turn this made me explore into refining further my art style, upgrading the content variety in the dragon Tier and even bringing back SV sheets! 

I am extremely grateful for the patience shown during that period, but I do see that steps need to be taken  so that people who make suggestions and win see and are able to use their designs without waiting months for them, and that we need a higher ratio of full releases per month to cull the pending list of full releases! With this feedback in mind I feel this is a good approach for December and then the follow up months in 2024 for Librarium to operate:

During December:

*Complete at least 16 Full Releases.

*Complete the October and November designs

*Publish all the designs which have been shown in preview only so far, in their own containment "early access" thread. This thread won't replace the full releases and can be ignored by people who just want full releases.

January and followup months:

*Keep the 16 full releases Quota, but shoot for more if possible

*Create the winner desings from the previous month and publish them on the battler early access thread.

 so in a nutshell, this new work scheme shoots for winner designs to be completed and available in static form without stacking up, with full releases being available at a later date as we have been working so far, but in a much higher volume (16 per month quota), which meets the goal of Librarium  supplying a constant stream of releases !

I feel this is a good balance over the way I've been working lately, but also addressing feedback from another sector of our community!

With this approach already in mind I already started working on the October designs , starting off with Fallen King of Giants Goken:

This decision has pushed my publishing of polls a bit, but I'm shooing for both the december 2023 poll and the Battler early Access thread to be up and ready by friday so in the meantime look forward to that as well!
