Get a little too into the movie and the movie can get into you. Judging from the theatre full of horny furries, that's not the only thing getting into her.


Here's an alt with my normal 'shiny skin' look https://imgur.com/a/732U116 for comparison.

( Zootopia was a movie about pushing the bounds of fur rendering, so I figured I'd finally give anisotropic fur shine a go. What do y'all think, more or less sexy than the normal look? I could do it once in a while for novelty, though it takes longer.)

(17 hours on the pic. I'll probably close the month with a couple Jujus instead of a full Milked.)

real cute, still havent seen zootopia had no idea it's whole shtick was fur rendering. Might have to take a look, I love stuff that pushes animation.

They studied up on animal skin and fur and put a lot of effort into representing it well in raytraced lighting, and it shows. It's a very pretty movie. And surprisingly charming for what it was

Destrier

Did you know Zootopia had to become Zootropolis in Europe because there's already a Danish zoo in existence called Zootopia? It's one of my favourite Disneys, and I love the trailer that explains the idea of anthropomorphic characters to non-furry audiences:) And btw, I love both the furry and shiny renders - you're just going to have to do both from now on;)

I think if I do both the shine and shading with this lighting model it'll look cool). Hey that's Destrier of the If wishes were horses fame right? Still big into CGI I see =P . I've been working on custom stuff there myself to make VR TF hot, I think there's huge potential.

That's me:) I'm working with Blender (just can't believe it's free!), hoping to work up to some half-way convincing tf animation. Experiments are very promising, but I work so slowly!!! But you're keeping me inspired (I'm loving Milked btw).

I would say the effort was worth it! There is a good, genuine texture to it that implies fur.

Thanks. Eventually there'll be more horse stuff too, count on it =P I've been frustrated by the limits of conventional CGI software, but writing my own engine(s) has been taking 7 years so far so... Maybe not a solution for everyone
