New HL2 citizens models (Patreon)

Another new release of HL2 citizens models, with a lot of bugfixes compared to the previous version, as well as new features:

- New face flexes, replacing the standard Valve flexes which didn't work very well

- Butt jiggle bones, not sure why I haven't included them before

- Integrated tongues, with tongue bones and some flexes. The tongue model is made by DrDabblur.

- All outfits are also available as separate models for bonemerge

- Some new custom female outfits which were commissioned recently, namely a variety of military style outfits as shown on the pic

- Added toe posing for females

- Fixed the male models not being posable in Gmod, they seem to work fine as ragdolls now

- As a bonus, gmod-compartible Alyx and Mossman are added. Alyx has a bunch of FakeFactory's alt outfits, and optionally the hair from HLA instead of the old hair. Mossman now has a legacy (low def) face skin, because many people didn't like the new face.
