you want questions.....When an hv excites the electron to the higher state and the overlap energy level per frank condon is such that it falls on a vibrational level above s1 with s0 the ground state, does the electron always go via IC non radiatively to s1 before undergoing fluorescence back to s0 or can it also fall go back directly to s0 from that higher vibrational state?

I just joined and backwatched a ton of content from here, it was really enlightening. I'm a little sad you don't do these livestreams anymore after saying "I hope to do these more frequently." lol. If you ever do decide to start them up again I think a lot of people, myself included, would like to show up!
