More releases everybody! This was a commission to depict these two characters encased in these rubber things. These appeared in an episode in the anime and were used on a Tyranitar, not by Team Rocket surprisingly. Though there's lots of weird little capture devices from that show that could make appearances around here. Guess we'll see but for now, here are these two. Think theyt urned out pretty nice, got to try out a new texture brush I've been working on, pretty happy with the results. Hope you guys like and more to come!
