Capture Styler: Jolteon (Patreon)

Hey everybody, more releases and return of a concept I haven't done in a while, that being the Capture Styler concept! Has their even been a Pokemon Ranger game in a while? probably not. Oh well, here we have Jolteon getting finding itself in this situation. Pretty happy how this came together! I've talked a bit about Jolteon before and it being one of the harder Eevees for me to draw, several reasons for that but I think he came together pretty well here.
