This is a great EP and I love it, but Baekhyun's debut album "City Lights" will always be something he can never top for me. I may just be biased but his debut album was the first time I really SAW HIM. Like I always knew he was a talented singer but didn't pay much attention to him until his solo debut and from there on I was hooked. I remember not expecting his own personal sound to be hiphop & rnb and just being shocked. And City Lights it's just an amazing EP in general

This album is literally god-tier and you can tell Baek really let loose as a vocalist and showed off his vocal prowess more so than his previous albums. I definitely think you should check out his previous albums, they all have very different sounds/themes compared to this one and each other. PD, will you be reacting to the MV for Bambi???

Damn. I've had this album on my to listen list for a while now, and happened to see this drop so decided to listen to it for the first time with you. What an experience. I've never had an album where every song did not disappoint, or at least every song absolutely tops or was on par with the last. Like, the album peaked at the end because every consecutive track only served to impress me even further. The pure quality. Baekhyun, you've made me rethink my thoughts on R&B. Now I've gotta check out all his other albums.

i’ll never forget when this album came out, it has been on repeat ever since. it’s a wild ride of emotions no matter how many times i here it, cry for love never leaves my top songs at the end of the year this album is timeless and so refreshing. not only are the vocals top tier but the instrumentals are so enchanting on their own. 10/10 one of the best albums i’ve ever heard from a korean artist. point blank simple!

No because it was ABOUT TIME, i have been suggesting this since the album was released, till this day, Bambi is still my favorite album from all time. From what i know PD he does not have a live stage for "All i got" and "Cry for love" BUT he indeed sing them in a live and it DID NOT dissapoint. it was SM's poor planning, they gave 0 live stages/promotions for this wonderful album because he had to go prepare for the group comeback that time (but they could've given him at least a week of promo).... we only got to hear snippets of these songs on Baekhyun's vlive with him sitting on his couch eating strawberries :(((

A masterpiece and a work of art indeed! I'm so glad you finally checked this out and were blessed by Baekhyun's heavenly vocals and these gorgeous tunes & lyrics. It's so weird though, I could have sworn I watched a reaction from you of Bambi! Like I'm certain it happened lol

I feel like I've waited my whole life for this! As soon as he opened his mouth on the day they debuted he's been my bias! One of my longest running biases since a groups debut. I truely believe things come into our lives when we can appreciate them and understand them in ways we wouldn't have before. I'm honestly glad you waited this long. Since I've been following you since 2019ish, I've seen you grow as a reactor and your appreciation for different voices grow too. You gotta check out his lives and mv for Bambi!! His voice is one of those once in a life time type of voices. I was never an r&b fan until Baekhyun started releasing albums. When this album first came out I was blown away by All I Got. But if I'm being honest I think I love Bambi. It's so unique, intricate and intimate. It felt like he was singing only to me. It hit me deep and still does. Thank you so much for this! I cant wait for you to check out his other albums!

Fun fact, you said the way Beakhyun and Jongho approach songs is the same, they actually do, in fact, share the same Vocal Coach. Ohhh! And you got to see the clip of Beakhyun casually eatting strawberries and belting out the runs and high notes of 'All I Got,' it is mind blowing.

Baekhyun hasn’t performed most of the songs from this album yet because he dropped it just a few weeks before his enlistment and had to do a lot to prepare for that, as well as plenty of recording for Exo’s Don’t Fight The Feeling special EP that would be released after he already enlisted. But he had previously released a live clip for Amusement Park, and he also performed it to close out his set at Lovesome festival in Seoul last April, which was his first post-military gig. I was there and it was such an incredible experience 😭 Fireworks went off during the last chorus and for a sec, I wasn’t sure if they were real or in my head bc I’d transcended at that point. For the other songs, I think he did perform Bambi at another festival in Mexico later in the year, but 2023 was a stressful time for him tbh. He got discharged in March, did a fan meeting and festival in April, another festival and his bday fan meet in May, sued SM Entertainment in June, did an Exo comeback in July, announced in August that he was starting his own company (which we now know he’d registered back in June), etc I could go on and on lol. But things are getting settled now; his new company is off the ground and Chen and Xiumin are signed for solo activities while all 3 remain with Exo for group activities. He’s starting an Asia tour in March, so hopefully we’ll get to see those live performances soon and then a comeback in the summer ☺️
