omgg dont blink and you were my favs as wellll i def thought the cohesiveness/song choices for the theme of the album were questionable but i loved the songs overall

The girls said recently that Drama was originally supposed to be released as a full album at the beginning of this year in February with the songs from the My World album and this album combined. It kept on getting delayed due to the whole issue with Lee Sooman so they decided to split the album in two and release Spicy instead. I think thats why this album doesn't feel as cohesive.

Tmi, If you look at Girls, they paint 2 with the (i) Then if u look at My world, they paint 3 with the (r). Also in drama we get all the album title in the lyrics. Savage, Girls, My World, Drama

Actually they said they split the album in half because the girls wanted 2 comebacks this year. Originally the plan was to release the full album but after that they had no other plans for a second aespa comeback for the rest of 2023. Aespa made the decision to split it so we can get 2 comebacks this year instead of 1

I would LOVE a reaction to BBGIRLS One More Time. They sampled Give It To Me Baby by Rick James which I'm sure you're familiar with, and the track is GROOVY!

Idk if you ever figured it out but YOLO reminds me of YEPPIYEPPI so much. I don't know how I feel about the whole album cohesively, feels like you could've put YOLO and Hot air ballon on My world as they're more summer vibes and put salty & sweet on drama

For me, Dont Blink, Trick or Trick and YOLO are my 11/10 songs. Dont Blink is like a very signature aespa B side sound.. And then YOLO is just a version 2.0 of Yeppi Yeppi in my personal opinion. Better Things is also an 11/10 but its already released so I am not gonna talk about it.
