I would highly suggest that you guys don't watch the ending animation anymore. Maybe you can listen to the song without watching the screen because it is ALL spoilers 😬 At this point in the show, you might not have all the details and evidence to piece the clues together but, it's still better to avoid all spoilers if possible

I love the ending animation. It is probably my favorite one of the entire series, but I studied medieval history for my degree. Also, the sound of the titan eating the mom still haunts me.

It is not really spoilers in the way you would think of spoilers. I mean... those scene there were hints by Hajime Isayama to things that were yet to happen in manga. Like even manga readers back then didn't know what it meant, so it is basically such a good foreshadowing rather than spoilers. Probably the best term to use is those scenes are not explicitly saying anything...
