It's not really much of a music video though, is it? It's literally just that shot of all the angels of death at the end of the SOS MV but drawn out to the length of a full song. More of a visualiser if anything. I don't know if Jaehyuk PD would have much to say about it. Just hearing the song in the listening party is probably gonna be fine.

I'm not sure if you know PD since you said he should act, but Kang Daniel is actually the main leads in the drama Rookie Cops on Disney+ 😊 (y'all should check it out when you time 😉 )

I think you would enjoy (for leisure) the wasteland music sequence extended ver just to appreciate the artwork. the original synopsis explains the storyline, but you're pretty much spot on!! And yes Daniel mentioned in interviews that he drew inspiration from kingsmen and mad max and computer games (I forgot which one lol)

Finally! I got back on Patreon to watch this since I'm too impatient to wait for it to be on YouTube. There's a synopsis video explaining the plot but you actually got most of it, so there's no need to watch it. In the hell scene, what happens is that he gets captured by the other angels of death but this was all part of his plan to lure them, wipe them out and destroy hell. However, he can’t stop people from sinning so hell keeps getting populated. It ends with Daniel’s quest: to continue fighting to destroy hell and restore souls. That scene has an extended version which acts as a music video for another song of his album, Wasteland. I suggest watching it during the listening party. Daniel actually acted in a drama 2 years ago and had to attend action school for it. He hated his role and how the plot developed, but the one thing he enjoyed was doing action scenes. He said it's similar to learning dance choreography, so it's easy for him. For the scene in the MV, he said he only rehearsed for 15 minutes and had a lot of fun doing it. Can't wait for the listening party. This album is amazing. I think you'll love Supernova.
