not zb1 related, but it's interesting that you said found jongho to be the greatest singer of all time. i thought his vocals were unbeatable too (and in part, they still are) but then i watched way xiaojun's lee mujin service. all i have to say is, you have to be a GOD of a singer for you to cover a celine dion song and outdo her. i think i was legit teary eyed and that's never happened to me before.

Gunwook, first and foremost, is a rapper. He has stated how much he wants to rap more and that he thinks the fellow ZB1 members don't know how much of a rapper he is. Seriously, look at his Wild Idol performances, there's a reason Tiger JK and Giriboy and Bizzy and Lil Boi said he was the best rapper out of the whole show at 16. Gunwook also has like perfect diction when he raps and he knows it, that's why he's put diction as one of his talents in some of the variety or boy's planet profile forms. That being said, he also put high notes as one of his talents. He's a phenomenal singer and in another group, I seriously think he could be pushed to be a main vocal. And to wrap it all up, he's an amazing dancer. Like he's the second best in ZB1 and their literal dance leader, as said by the other members. His coordination, power, fluidity, and groove are all strengths and it looks even more amazing on his super tall, athletic frame. He played soccer growing up, and has been dancing since he was a kid, and you can tell. He's almost 6'1 and he's still growing, considering he isn't even 19 yet and is still a minor. He's insane, INSANE.

I did read somewhere, that Tarae trained at sm at some point, so maybe that’s why he suits that vocal style so well. I Would love to hear him sing more shinee and exo songs!

Apologies for the ramble im writing this as i watch! I genuinely think Gunwook is 5th gens ace, he can write lyrics, rap, sing, and dance. He could be literally any main position in another group and im very excited to see what he does in the future. You should check out ZB1 on Kstar Next Door if for more Gunwook vocals btw! Ohhhhh Taerae and Hao... my two vocalists whom i love so much. I LOVE their voices together SO much. Taeraes belt and rap in Hard... god i need a full cover NOW. Taerae and Hao both can support their chest voices and belt very very well hence the powerful Taerae intro in Hard (look at Hao in Tomboy for his example). Also need a full Still With You cover with the 2 of them... This group is SCARY like you can interchange most of their roles and they'd be fine. Gunwook is a rapper but could pass as a main vocalist, Hanbin is a dancer but could pass as a vocalist. Praying for a miracle where they get that contract extension... Also answering your question for Blaire at the end. My fav vocalist was def Taerae (im a little biased bcs he is my bias) and my favorite song cover had to be Hard just bcs... damn that belt! Ok im gonna stop now or ill start rambling abt vocal training and technique. Thanks for the reaction!

Taerae is actually a former SM trainee so i think maybe thats why he suits their style. Wish we can hear more covers from him in the future.

The way i thought you would react to the interview with boa they did on this show after the 99 seconds part and that this was the reason the reaction is 40 minutes long but it ending up being just a reaction to the singing and then a full blown rant on taerae and gunwook is hilarious 😂😂😂 that's why i love watching you and don't mind paying for patreon haha I've had a terrible day and this reaction made it bearable so thank you PD and Blaire ❤️

LMAO WAIT CUZ WHEN I SAW IT WAS A 40MIN REACTION VIDEO FOR THE 99 SECONDS K-909 I THOUGHT U REACTED TO THEIR STAGES LIKE THEIR AND I STAGE OR THEIR INTERVIEW but it was 40 mins of reaction to 2 videos that make up a total of 4mins LOL??? but ur insights were very interesting! taerae is actually an ex-SM trainee (hanbin was ex cube, matthew was ex cube and actually hybe too!!!) and yes gunwook is one of the tallest in the group! tallest is gyuvin at 186cm but gunwook is 183cm while ricky is 183.9 but gunwook is growing a lot still and he seems to be the same height as ricky! also i love how ur reactions r so long LOL i can really see how much u love zb1
