What a surprise to go to the subway this morning and the first thing when I enter, I mean quite literally the FIRST BILLBOARD was Yoon Jong Woo. Amazing.

Before I got on my train I kept waiting past all the ads and even other contestants until I got to take photo of one of my sons.

This girl also waited the whole time just for Jong Woo. I don’t mind her ruining my shot because she did it for Jong Woo. I get it.

Big mood. I'm so happy to see him getting so much love cause he deserves it. I've been rooting for him since his audition because while it wasn't perfect, you could see where he shines best and he's someone you could easily train to get better and he'd never stop progressing. He's my 1st pick and he wholeheartedly deserves this support and energy.

You might see some others ads around! The trainees come to see them from time to time, sometime you might see the ads with some with notes attached to it, fans leave message and the trainees take it or at least come to read it 😊

Hi pd!! I’m glad to hear you’re having another great day! Jongwoo has become an inspiration for me! I just wanted to let you know that my day was awesome as well. I went to the nct dream concert and it was amazing! I love dream but they were never one of my top groups so I honestly expected to just chill throughout the concert. But holy moly! There was no relaxing haha. I was screaming my lungs out and even cried. It was the most fun I’ve had in a long time and was able I to forget about my troubles for even just two hours. It was chilling and an out-of-body experience. Also, thank you for creating a space for us to do what I just did: rant and talk about how we’re doing

jongwoo!! i love him sm but sadly a lot of people have been sending him a lot of unnecessary hate, especially on twitter. they attack his looks, call him rude, annoying, untalented etc., and its so much worse than whatever you’re probably imagining, they call him such nasty names its truly so disgusting! its really disheartening to see because jongwoo is amazingly talented and hes worked his way up, i love him so much, he doesn’t deserve this at all … but this unnecessary jongwoo hate train that started for no reason at all really frustrates me… people are so nasty.

+ they microanalyse every SMALL thing he does and comes up with some ridiculous assumption that hes being disrespectful or abusive towards other trainees? which is definitely not true… cant remember any but if you saw the posts you’d know, that theyre a HUGE stretch. he could just playfully shove a teammate as a joke and suddenly he’s a rude disrespectful trainee who hits other trainees…

It's been tough being a moonjjongie on twt lately, but the most important thing is that we (for the most part, at least) have all been good at focusing on Jongwoo and being fans that he can be proud of. Unfortunately, such sudden and impressive jumps in rank will always spawn baseless hate, but the most important thing is to not get dragged into it and to not act the same way. Kill the with kindness, and defend without getting offensive. We have to trust in the fans and Jongwoo, and hope for the absolut best on Thursday! 💕

totally agree! i would understand to a certain extent if it was towards a problematic trainee (i wouldnt really condone hate still tho but u get what i mean) who’s done something wrong to deserve backlash… but jongwoo hasnt done anything?? im beyond confused…

I know this post is about Jong Woo, and WE STAN. I'm so excited for this week's episode that I have yet to watch! But anyway, off topic, since I didn't know where else to post about this news and since I know PD does not use social media, I knew they might have not heard about it, so I'll post about it here in hopes they see it, since I think this is happy news and when things like these happen, I think we should share them with the world! haha. Onlyoneof started their US tour last week and it's been a huge breather for LGBTQIA+ because they've been displaying pride flags like if it was a pride parade, and everyone has been feeling seen and safe in their concerts. So much that on the 4th, a queer fan and her friends somehow let KB know she wanted to make a marriage proposal for her partner after a certain song and KB was SO EXCITED to be part of the plan that he even stoped the show, ACCIDENTLY spoiled the proposal, and then handed in the mic to the couple for the proposal. The whole crowd and Onlyoneof cheered, and the members were all so happy to see a new couple being born. I've seen the fancams from that day and I swear that I had tears in my eyes. I don't know, the overwhelming support and positive feelings that Onlyoneof express to their fans is just so precious. I know a lot of artists are very supportive of the community, but I just appreciate Onlyoneof for being so open about it and making all of us feel this safe and to just be ourselves without fear. hi pd. regarding boys planet smth crossed my mind so i thought i'll let u know. since currently all episodes until ep 10 have aired episode 11 is an elimination episode. its airing on thursday next week and then they'll probably reopen the global voting. so just so u know that it would probably be wise to first watch ep 11 before voting since its gonna spoil who got eliminated.
