2023-01-20 11:11:03 The show I assumed ended bc of the manga author having health issues and has been on and off of hiatus years at a time, the longest stint being these past couple of years and only recently came back and said he was going to continue his writing—this is his passion project really important to him so I’m assuming they wanted to respect his vision and stick to what the manga does rather than an anime studio doing their own thing with the story (also fun fact this creator has also made Yu Yu Hakasho & is the husband of the creator of Sailor Moon! Crazy power couple)

Yes! Togashi tweeted an up-close pic of something he was drawing during the end of May this year. I think the caption said 4 more chapters or 4 more episodes, something along those lines but no official dates or anything yet (that I know of at least)
