the ankle bracelet thing--there ARE bracelets with perimeters meaning you can't leave a certain distance, they're not just for house arrest, for instance leave the city or town you are in. its a tracker so as soon as it shows you've left the town or neighborhood or whatever the court/judge has ruled you must stay, then it'll notify your social worker, or something like that.

Bdhdhs same thing basically but it just depends on the court ruling. Some will be limited to their house, some to a certain mile radius, some to their city. If they leave and their social worker cant get in contact with them to confirm where they are, a warrent for arrest will be issued

oh man i like the new lid so much but i just can't trust him after that charger scene, it felt so good to see jong-u finally have someone who he can talk to but it felt so unsettling as well and yeah i just hate to see how they're literally driving him crazy

This is my second time watching this show and I still find myself questioning everything. However, I think two things this episode reveals, that are true, is that Jongwoo already has a sort of craziness/psychoness in him that he has always just managed to suppress or ignore or possibly disassociate with. And the second thing is I believe that he was the one punching the guy in the military but because he disassociates with that crazy side of himself he doesn't remember it as clearly.
