I’m so proud of omg with this album. Been following since Liar Liar and it really showcases their step by step growth. People who don’t like them keep wishing other groups had their songs but IMO their discography is so tailor made for them that it just wouldn’t hit as well.

this album is amazing. i love all the songs. might be my favorite oh my girl album. it feels very different compared to their past work. my favorite tracks are my doll and swan. and i agree it feels more indie compared to k-pop. the only k-pop-ish song is probably dun dun dance lol everything else doesn't feel k-pop. but i really love it. oh my girl just gets better and better

WM got Ryan Jhun (behind Dolphin, IU's Celebrity, Weeekly's After School, and so many more kpop hits) in to produce the whole album, and that coherency really comes through, doesn't it. It's a 10 out of 10 album for me too. I only wish that Swan was longer!

My doll is a masterpiece, it's already my song of the summer (and probably beyond as well) and favorite OMG song. This is probably my favorite album of theirs too, though I haven't listened to their full discography yet.

I'm not sure I like this mini-album more than Pink Ocean and Closer but this is definitely my top 3 Oh My Girl mini-albums. Absolutely enjoyable to listen to back to back just like the other 2 mini-albums that I mention. A fantastic job from Oh My Girl members and WM Entertainment production team.

lmao this released on the same day as NCT Dream’s album and they’ve both become two of my fav albums ever! I added like ten songs to my playlist and it’s funny cuz both albums look kinda similar with the yellow border so now like a third of my playlist is yellow lmao, plus Down by Ace and StayC’s album also have that yellow border

Yup! That legend. It seems that after Dolphin did so well he's gotten closer with Oh My Girl. I had a quick look and he's also on Yooa's credits for Bon Voyage, Abracadabra, and Far. It also seems like it was IU's public liking and cover of Dolphin that ended up with Ryan working on tracks for her latest album with Celebrity and Flu.

This is easely one of the greatest k-pop albums of all times for me! It's so well done! As you said, all the songs really go from one to each other, they literally belong together. And I vibe with it very much. I rarely like gg albums this much. My love for OMG is now immense. Amazing album, and I'm very happy that you liked it too.

ALBUM OF THE YEAR CANDIDATE BABY!!! The day it was released I went through it and thought right away that this is a clear attempt to going beyond Kpop. These songs has that indie influence and seemingly careless but incredibly thoughtful reasoning behind them that makes them the most interesting journey I've had in a while. I also remember someone in the West making a song with the same style of My Doll but I can't figure out who it was. The only thing I don't necessarily agree with is the vocal flex but it might be because the instrumental blow me away before I can even think about that.

For me this maybe their best album yet (sorry Pink Ocean). It really is an album only Oh My Girl can do, their sweet, soft and emotional vocals that only they have can pull of these songs!! I adore every song on this album, but after looking at the lyrics, My Doll and Swan are my favorite, I even cried after seeing the lyrics for My Doll LOL. Oh My Girl made a point saying that fans will love this album and it really highlights them as a group, and they were right! I especially love how Mimi's voice really shines and stands out, even when she's not rapping. This album really defines Oh My Girl as a group even if it is different than their usual Kpop sound. I can gush about this album all day, and I really hope more people give this album a listen since people don't pay attention to OMG's bsides !!

The voice-changing thing they do in "My doll" reminds me of the artist, Imogen Heap, and her well-known song, "Hide and Seek". (Jason Derulo did a sample of "Hide and Seek" with "Whatcha Say".

My doll I feel is 100% inspired by Porter Robinson. His "Worlds" album to be exact. It's amazing how that style got implemented to Kpop though!

so i can't afford to be a patron all the time, but i paid for this month for OMG's comeback bc i was really curious what you'd think of it! this album feels so cohesive and like... it's absolutely one full thought, from DunDun to Swan. one beautiful spring day, in album form. i'm enjoying it SO much! (also anyone else think this is Mimi's era? she shines in every song, especially her bit in WCWK!)

I believe Oh My Girl themselves said they wanted to showcase their vocals on this album, and DANG did they ever do an amazing job! Previously, YooA on Checkmate was the shining star for me, but this album I got to see more of Binnie’s vocal colour, and I LOVE WHAT SHE CAN DO.

So I’m a pretty passive fan of Oh My Girl, I like their title tracks but I’ve never really dived into their albums as much. I listened to this album and was completely blown away. My goooooooodness this album is so good

I don’t know if I would consider this trend “gen z” pop, I listen to this experimental/stripped back indie pop sound all the time, it’s actually my favourite genre. I guess it’s more new in the kpop scene though. I would highly recommend checking out Leah McFall, and Marian Hill, their music has a similar vibe to this album (though not as bubbly as OMG). Beyond that, I wholeheartedly agree with a 10/10 ranking, this is one of my fave releases this year I am a full on Miracle after this one.

July of 2021 and yet My Doll still one of the greatest k-pop songs of the year, sooooo unique and distinct, fresh and new into the industry of k-pop; feeling like a breath. Watching this listening party I really liked much more the album.
