Hey PD, yeah that last scene was a real tear jerker. But I thought that Gangtae didn't really want to kill sangtae. I think it was a reference to the scene we saw wear Sangtae fell into the lake and Gangtae hesitated to save him but in the end he saved him and Sangtae left Gangtae in the water. Maybe it was such an traumatic event for Sangtae that he twisted it into Gangtae shoving him into the lake.

Kim Soohyun is just such a good actor. When I started watching the show I thought it was amazing how expressive his eyes could be where you can see literally so much pain while also having that expressionless face Gangtae keeps on as a mask to hide it all. And as his mask slowly cracked and he became more vulnerable we've seen many different expressions, especially in this episode with the complete 180 from happiness to despair.

I hate this episode soo much for the amount of tears it makes me lose. So much happiness to take it away in the last 5 minutes and in such a brutal manner. I mean, every KDrama fan knows its gonna happen but God, it hurts. Memories are an amazing thing. GT had held the memories which made him feel resentment towards his mum and let go of those that reminded him of the affection she had towards him. ST has completely twisted his memory of the lake to believe that GT intentionally pushed him and didn't save him. Looking forward to seeing your reactions of the next episodes PD, this is where all the fun starts
