I think Wannabe put ITZY on the map to become an iconic group, and Not Shy solidified it. They haven't had a comeback that was anything less than awesome and its been impressive to see this steady incline of success.

Hands down this is my favorite Itzy title track to date. That pre-chorus is amazing; Lia finally gets to flex her vocals and that "ITZAAAY" part by Chaeryeong (I think?) is so addicting. The rest of the album is pretty stellar too.

I totally agree. First listen I liked it but wasn’t sure if it lived up to Wannabe or Icy but as I listened to it more I was hooked. I love the vocals in this, especially from Lia. I feel like Lia has never really gotten to shine, partly bc of the shout-sing style of their past title tracks, and because she is constantly put in a higher vocal register. She’s more of a mezzo-soprano (so mid-high) and shines in her lower register which is why she sounds so good in this song. I also think Chaeryoung all around, but especially vocally, is underrated but I loved her in this too! Itzy literally never misses for me

Sir I'd pay good money to see your reaction to the whole album. The album IS SUCH a different sound from what their usual b-sides. Surf, Be in love, and ID are FUNAMINAL. Don't give a what and louder are similar sounding to their last album but so much more put together. The comeback and the album are a solid 10/10.

im not sure why but not shy legit gets better with time
