I’m incredibly disappointed in your ranking putting ONEUS last. They delivered a clear social message with a nuanced and powerful performance. I would have ranked them just behind Golden Child and just ahead of ONF. As a huge Cassie back in the mid-2000s, and a lover of Rising Sun, TOO’s performance was sloppy with their inexperienced really quite apparent, I still don’t understand why anyone would think their performance above average. VeriVery’s stage was a bit mismatched, the right atmosphere to match Mansae was not achieved, I was a bit disappointed.

When PD almost missed the fan dance 😭. Honestly wasn't a fan of Verivery's performance and would've put Oneus above them.

I’m just gonna be honest I was rooting for a whole different group before watching ONF in this episode, I done grew so attached from watching them on RTK that I’ve been binge watching guides, mv’s, performances, variety shows, etc. Like PD said they are severely underrated and they deserve so much more!! All of their songs are bops even B-sides I kid you not! ❤️👏🏽 I can see them taking this to the end for real!

So happy that you are getting into Golden Child because of the show too because the same happened to me. Mostly because of this T.O.P. performance. Lost count how many times I rewatched and for me it was the number 1 performance of the round overall (even counting with Pentagon and The Boyz) because they performed the song like it was their own. I liked ONF performance too but I wasn't sold 100% on the song arrangement. For me the bottom performance this episode was VeryVery's...Didn't like the song arrangement and compared to the others the performance was a little stiff and the vocals were average (specially if you compare it to ONF's and Golden Child's).

yeah i agree with Oneus's performance, i feel like compared to everyone else it felt too weak, it did not have any surprise or goosebumps, nothing really stood out which was really a shame (despite the very good acting in the intro, then nothing really caught my attention) because we know they can put really good performances. While every ohter group had manymoment that stood out and made it memorable, even Verivery that did a softer song with 'Mansae' stood out a more because they had a lot of things that were good but the camara director did this performance so wrong. (my ranking for this ep was 5: Oneus 4:Verivery 3:ONF 2:TOO 1:GolCha, very hard to choose but i placed them in order of how their performance impacted me and how much i wanted to rewatched them)

I was hoping PD would join me, but alas, I think I was the only one who loved Oneus' performance, &amp; I don't even like Warrior's Descendant as a song. I'm excited to see what PD thinks of ep. 3! (If you're looking for emotional investment, you might find it there...)

I was impressed with every performance this round, which is why the inevitable eliminations are so annoying. But ONF's Everybody was easily my #1 from this episode, and so far it's stayed one of my favorite performances of the entire show. I knew objectively that ONF was good, but they'd never really spoken to me before this. To me, this is the best kind of cover performance - pay homage to the original but also put your distinctive twist on it, and by the time the camera panned around to Hyojin sitting (and sounding) like a king, I was all in.

Argh, when you have watched all the current episodes and want to comment but everything will be spoilers... I want to say episode 3 and 4 should be watched together since episode 3 has 1 one performance from the next competition that should be watched with the other performances. I really dislike how survival shows arrange their episodes, the unit did this as well and they were on kbs.

I was patiently waiting for your reaction all week haha. Tbh i was aware of ONF's skill standard before this since i followed then on Mixnine and casually listened to a few of their songs, but i'm glad RTK really opened my eyes to just how severely underrated they are. Not only are they highly skilled idols, they are well-aware of who they are as artists and the kind of sound/image they embody. Plus they have a lot of variety charms. Hopefully after this show they will gain more popularity in Korea

I loved ONF’s performance....they were the highlight for me as well and I think I have the same rankings as PD as well...I LOVED THAT TOO SURPRISED A LOT OF PEOPLE IN THIS EPISODE.

I feel like with every episode you watch I’m just like omg wait till you get to this episode. I think this show just keeps getting better and the performances stronger and them having eliminations is such a shame because there is so much talent in this line up. Anyways, thank you for reacting and I’m very very excited for episode 3 because it might be my favourite ep :)
