NEW: OFFICIAL PATREON DISCORD (Patreon)

It's been long requested but I think I've finally managed to figure out making a Patreon-exclusive Discord!

There are TWO Patreon Discord channels:

-The GLOBAL PATREON CHAT which is accessible to ALL of our Patron tiers

-The ELITE PATREON CHAT which is accessible only to our Summer, Autumn and Winter tier patrons

If you connect your Discord to your Patreon it should automatically sync and you should see it appear in your channels.

This is the next step in my effort to try and grow and foster a community for us. I'll be present in the Discords whenever I'm chilling or I'm at work on my computer so feel free to stop by and chat if you're bored!
