PD, really glad you pointed out the lyrics! I love the word play between so-so and star. It's so freaking clever especially because they got so much flack during their debut for their weird and jarring concept.

Haewon was really meant for this. Her aura as an idol is so great to see, and then once she's off stage and to see how goofy she is, is also super endearing!

I don't often leave second comments, but rewatching this reaction again, I wanted to point out that many people have said that the line "우린 we, we, we, we, 위로 위로 더" kind of sounds "weird" in English which just makes the lyrics that much more interesting imo!

idk if you know but the marketing around this comeback was kinda insane. plenty of short horror-inspired cryptic videos and concept photos and even a phone number that had very creepy messages from the members (can't recall exactly what was in all of them but i think haewons sounded like she was hiding from something?). I've been meaning to look into it all deeper but it's super interesting and unique stuff.

Omg nmixx is finally here 😆 Btw PD, JIWOO also made an appearance in lee mujin service as the fifth nmixx members on it. NMIXX has such strong and diverse vocals. I LOVE IT SO MUCH 😤

I personally really loved the album, I think Love is Lonely is my new favorite b-side from them (next to run for roses) and sickuh and beat beat are both super addictive. For me personally it‘s their best so far.
