Just a note about Inkscape 0.92 (Patreon)

Many are asking me which software I'm using. It's Inkscape 0.92. I've been waiting years for this 0.92 version, but must say:

Don't use this version.

The programmers made a few new tools and made it faster, but it happens nowadays way too often that companies save money and don't test their own product, they are using the users for testing. Too many bugs made this program (nearly) unusable. Many good working tools now suddenly don't work smooth anymore. It crashes quite often, depending on which tool currently gets used, the only good in such a case is that it makes an instant backup of the work file, so no data loss. But it takes much longer now to work with, especially to correct the many mistakes that came with version 0.92.

In case you want to work with a free vector graphic program, take anything else, or wait (probably for years again) for the next version.
