Not so fast WIP (Patreon)

Yes I have finally decided the idea for the Police elf sequence and I have started on it ;D  It will be with Rita since she wasn't present in the casino illustration, plus her character fits the situation pretty well ^^ 

To make things clear : no, just being over max speed doesn't automatically result in you being put in "jail" in that city ! Something else is going to happens here. I wonder what X3
