As Mark stormed off to his room complaining about the lying postal service's tracking information, Nina wondered:

"I don't get it, there weren't any packages when I checked. Normally the mail is right on time." It was only then that a wicked smile crept across Rachel's face:

"That's because the package did arrive. And you've already used up most of it!" Nina's eyes went wide but even as she tried to deny it, or rationalize it away, she knew what her friend was saying was true. She reached out for her half-drunk glass of wine only to see unfamiliar definition blossoming along her forearm--veins lacing up her biceps (she had biceps now!). And then something else, like a heat building in her core.

Nina choked out, "Rach, please tell me you read the instructions."

Her friend only rolled her eyes, "What instructions did I need. Mark likes fit chicks, the supplements make people fit, now Mark can't ignore you."

Unfortunately, that wasn't what Nina was talking about.
